患者男3个月,因被其母发现“猫眼”,伴右眼红肿于97年12月11日就诊,即行CT双眼扫描。 查体:右眼稍前突,眼压为4.96kPa,眼睑红肿,结膜充血、水肿,角膜呈雾状混浊,瞳孔区有黄白色反光;左眼眼压为2.12kPa,眼底呈青灰色结节状隆起,隐约可见动、静脉。生化检查未见异常。 本例CT扫描见右眼稍前突,眼球内呈弥漫性高密度,外后侧壁见不规则钙化影,CT值141Hu,晶状体受
