疾病预防控制体系建设是公共卫生体系建设的重要组成部分,疾控人员队伍建设是疾控体系建设的重要环节。要建立与卫生事业发展相适应的疾病预防控制体系,必须深入了解疾病预防控制人力资源的现状,并有针对性的加强人员队伍建设,优化人力资源配置,整体提升专业人员业务素质。通过对湖北省各级疾病控制中心2011年人力资源状况分析,对全省卫生人力资源建设情况提出相应对策,以供参考。
The construction of disease prevention and control system is an important part of public health system construction. The construction of disease control personnel team is an important link in the construction of disease control system. To establish a disease prevention and control system that is compatible with the development of health undertakings, we must have a thorough understanding of the status quo of human resources for disease prevention and control, strengthen the building of a contingent of personnel, optimize the allocation of human resources and overall improve professional qualifications of professionals. Based on the analysis of human resource status of all levels of disease control centers in Hubei Province in 2011, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the construction of health human resources in the province for reference.
