我国栽培草莓已有70余年历史,但对其花芽分化尚缺乏深入研究。河北农业大学李世一等人观察指出,草莓花芽分化时期在9月中旬;山东农业大学华方兰观察亦证实,9月19日前后草莓花芽开始分化。1986—1987年,石河子农学院园林系学生任健民用石蜡切片观察,草莓分化时期在9月中旬左右。为了给草莓丰产栽培提供科学依据,我们在以往研究的基础上,于1988年对草莓花芽分化的各时期形态的变化进行了观察。
Strawberry cultivation in China has been more than 70 years of history, but its flower bud differentiation is still lack of in-depth study. Hebei Agricultural University, Li Shiyi et al observed that strawberry flower bud differentiation period in mid-September; Shandong Agricultural University, China Fang Lan observation also confirmed that on September 19 before the flower bud began to differentiate. 1986-1987, Shihezi Farming School of Landscape Architecture Ren Renmin observed with paraffin sections, strawberry differentiation period in about mid-September. In order to provide a scientific basis for strawberry high yield cultivation, on the basis of previous studies, we observed the morphological changes of strawberry flower bud differentiation in different periods in 1988.
