本文报道４９例胎儿心律失常及其出生后随访，并选期追踪３４例。孕期有病毒感染史者２５例（５１％）。胎心律失常多见于３５～４０周。出生后全部存活，心律恢复正常者３６例，产后２～８天恢复正常者５例，正常儿共４１例（８４％），新生儿心律失常８例。远期随访３４例，时间１～７年。作者认为胎儿心律失常与病毒感染有关，经恰当处理预后良好。
This article reports 49 cases of fetal arrhythmia and follow-up after birth, and 34 cases of tracing. 25 cases of infection during pregnancy (51%). Fetal arrhythmia more common in 35 to 40 weeks. All survived after birth, 36 cases of normal heart rate recovery, 2 to 8 days postpartum normal return to normal in 5 cases, 41 cases of normal children (84%), neonatal arrhythmia in 8 cases. Long-term follow-up of 34 cases, the time of 1 to 7 years. The authors believe that fetal arrhythmia and viral infection, the proper treatment of a good prognosis.
