“宽严相济”刑事政策的提出,是我国刑事政策在当前社会形势下的重要调整,必将带动国家刑事立法和司法的重大变化。落实“宽严相济”刑事政策,需要公、检、法三机关的协力合作,但检察机关无疑是其中最为关键的一环。为此,本期主题研讨以“检察官视野中的宽严相济刑事政策”为话题,约请了数位检察官就检察工作环节如何理解和适用“宽严相济”刑事政策展开探讨,并就教于方家学者。
The formulation of the criminal policy of “temper justice with mercy” is an important adjustment of our country’s criminal policy in the current social situation and will surely bring about major changes in the criminal legislation and the judiciary in our country. To implement the criminal policy of “leniency and leniency” requires the cooperation of the three organs of public security, prosecution and law.
