互动、生成,均已成为新课改以来研究课堂教学的词汇。互动,使学生真正成为学习的主人,使课堂洋溢着民主、平等的气息,使“讲”堂真正成为“学”堂。而强调生成,则使课堂在“传承”的基础上,真正承载起“发展”的使命,有了生成,方使“江山代有才人出”成为可能。生成,只能在互动中生成。“生成”品质的高低,取决于互动的质量,而互动的质量又与互动的流程有着密切关系。管理学术语中的“流程”是指研究如何以最小的消耗、最低的成本和最高的生产效率制造产品的科学。合理规划互动流程同样是臻于高效课堂的必由之路。
Interaction, generation, have become the new curriculum reform since the classroom teaching vocabulary. Interaction, so that students truly become the masters of learning, so that the classroom filled with democracy and equality of flavor, so that “lecture ” hall truly become “learning ” hall. On the basis of “inheritance ”, the emphasis of the generation is to make the class truly carry the mission of “development ”. Generated, can only be generated in an interaction. “Generate ” quality level, depends on the quality of interaction, and the quality of interaction with the interactive process is closely related. The term “process” in management terminology refers to the science of how to make a product with minimal consumption, lowest cost, and highest productivity. Rational planning of interactive processes is also the only way to achieve efficient classroom.
