农村经济的发展,促使教育也发生了重要转变,但在初中语文教学过程中,因为学生的认知水平、学习能力存在差异,就会出现学生之间的分化。“学困生”这类群体的产生更加对农村初中语文教师提出了教学要求,根据学生之间的差异性,因材施教。主张发现学生个性特点,开发学生智力,不断地提升语文素养,通过科学合理的教学过程将“学困生”转化,最终促进每一个学生的健康发展。
