吐哈石油勘探开发指挥部(简称吐哈石油),是一个跨国经营的技术密集、人才密集、装备实力雄厚的大型国有企业,是中国石油天然气集团公司的成员企业。吐哈石油勘探开发会战指挥部成立于1991年2月,1995年理顺吐哈-玉门管理体制,成立了吐哈石油勘探开发指挥部。在吐鲁番-哈密盆地发现21个油气田,配套建成300万吨原油和7亿立方米伴生气生产能力的具有国际水平的油田。下属二级单位35个,职工1万多人。资产总额60.3亿元,其中固定资产净值29.4亿元。
