布纳氏腺增生和腺瘤在文献中已有详细报道,而且其中一篇是关于一例布纳氏囊肿的,可是没有报告过发生在布纳氏腺粘液囊肿的病例,我们有这样一例病人报告如下.—45岁白人妇女主诉剧烈的右上腹疼痛并放射到右侧背部.这些症状间竭发生已两个月.然而在住入我们医院前一周,这些症状持续而且程度加剧,伴有腹胀与嗳气,并因进食脂肪或饱食而加重.她有肾结石病史和接受过类风湿样关节炎治疗,二者目前都无症状.她每天喝二盎司酒并有30年的吸烟史(每天一包).
