我国是一个统一的多民族国家,少数民族高等教育权益问题,不仅涉及少数民族的生存与发展权,而且直接影响到我国整个社会的发展和政治、边疆的稳定。笔者对我国少数民族高等教育权益保障面临的问题及应采取的对策,进行了较全面深入的研究。
China is a unified multi-ethnic country. The rights and interests of higher education for ethnic minorities involve not only the right of subsistence and development of ethnic minorities, but also the development of our entire society and the stability of politics and frontier regions. The author carries out a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the problems that the protection of the rights and interests of the minority higher education in our country is facing and the countermeasures that should be taken.
