有效的教学组织应该聚焦于教学实施的载体——课程的开发与研究,一组好的课程应该是聚集了全体教师的智慧,并对教学的组织和实施提供有力的支撑。课程的设计应依照职业岗位的流程进行整合,教学过程与职业流程应具有较好的相互对应。对课程的教学是教师可以控制、学生可以操作的。好的课程应该使教学组织是流畅的,也是能够得到教师、学生、家长和社会的普遍认同的。
An effective teaching organization should focus on the carrier of teaching - the development and research of the curriculum.
