通过研究锌对小麦幼苗生长和一些生理指标的影响,结果表明:Zn2+浓度高于50mg/L时,小麦幼苗生长受到抑制;随着Zn2+处理浓度的升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,叶绿素含量呈逐渐下降趋势。
The results showed that the growth of wheat seedling was inhibited when the Zn2 + concentration was higher than 50mg / L. With the increase of Zn2 + concentration, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and some physiological indexes Peroxidase (POD) activity first increased and then decreased; the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased gradually and the content of chlorophyll decreased gradually.
