为进一步了解泰安市正常人群中甲型肝炎病毒感染状况，我们对泰安市五县二区及市直有关单位正常人群分层随机抽样３３７２例，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测抗——ＨＡＶＩｇＧ，总阳性率８６．０３％，其中男性８５．４１％，女性８６．６４％。以泰安郊区阳性率最高（９７．４１％），新泰最低（７５．８５％）。抗—ＨＡＶ阳性率在４０岁以前随年龄增长而上升。
To further understand the status of hepatitis A virus infection among normal population in Tai’an City, we randomly selected 3372 stratified stratified stratified stratified stratified stratified patients in the two districts of the five counties of Tai’an City and the relevant departments directly under the jurisdiction. The positive rate of anti-HAVIgG was detected by ELISA. 03%, of which 85.41% were males and 86.64% females. Tai’an suburbs in the highest positive rate (97.41%), Xintai the lowest (75.85%). The anti-HAV positive rate increases with age before the age of 40.
