目的研究并分析羟基自由基溶液以载体定量喷淋方式杀灭细菌效果的影响因素,为完成羟基自由基溶液消毒灭菌装备化提供技术参数。方法实验选取大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)ATCC8032、枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种(Bacillus subilis var.niger)ATCC9732、肠道球菌(Enterococcus)实验室保存菌种为研究对象,按照模拟消杀防疫技术流程,通过改变溶液喷淋后的雾滴粒径、喷淋空间高度、喷淋密度以及控制有无有机干扰物的手段进行研究。结果当控制压力为0.41MPa,雾滴粒径约为1080μm,·OH溶液喷淋密度约为40μl/cm2,高度为40cm,菌悬液无培养基的条件下,·OH溶液可完全杀灭初始对数值为6.61的大肠杆菌,对初始对数值为5.88的枯草芽胞杆黑色变种杀灭效果也可达到《消毒技术规范》的要求。结论·OH溶液喷淋雾滴粒径和有无有机干扰物是影响·OH溶液载体喷淋杀灭细菌的主要影响因素。
Objective To study and analyze the influencing factors of hydroxyl radical solution with carrier quantitative spraying to kill bacteria and provide technical parameters for completing the equipment of disinfection and sterilization of hydroxyl radical solution. Methods The Escherichia coli ATCC8032, Bacillus subtilis ATCC9732, and Enterococcus strains were selected as the research objects.
