一、概述解放初期珠江流域工程兴建的水文水利设计标准和计算方法是不统一的。自1954年以后才逐步采用水电部颁发的设计标准。积三十多年经验,由初等的发展到无论是实践经验,列论认识都具有较为系统的一套计算方法。但还不能说现行的计算方法已是十全十美,因为还存在着某些在理论上、认识上有待解决的复杂问题,如高颁定线的极值与准确性的定线都未得到满意的解决。目前全国有关学者专家及水文工作者正围绕这类悬而难解决的课题研究攻关。最近国家引进了美国“确定洪水频率指南”一书(下称指南)。这本指南,在
I. Overview Hydrology and water conservancy design standards and calculation methods for the construction of the Pearl River Basin in the early days of liberation are not uniform. Since 1954, the design standards issued by the Ministry of Water Resources have been gradually adopted. Over thirty years of experience, from elementary development to both practical experience and epistemological understanding have a more systematic set of calculation methods.
