研究了45钢固体硼铬稀土共渗层和渗硼层的粘着磨损特性,并对磨损机理进行了探讨。结果表明:硼铬稀土共渗层具有良好的抗咬合性和减摩性,其原因是共渗层的高温抗压强度高、表面氧化物膜致密并且与渗层的结合强度高。
The adhesion and wear characteristics of 45 steel solid boron-chromium-lanthanum common-permeability layer and boronizing layer were studied, and the wear mechanism was also discussed. The results show that boron-chromium rare earth co-permeation layer has good anti-seizure and friction reducing properties. The reason is that the high-temperature compressive strength of the co-permeation layer is high, the surface oxide film is dense and the bonding strength with the diffusion layer is high.
