近年来,研究型医院的理念逐步引起学术界和医院管理者的重视,并成为国际先进医院的发展方向。上海中医药大学曙光医院依据国际一流医院的建设经验和发展规律,率先提出创建研究型中医医院的战略目标,将其纳入医院“十一五”发展规划,并进行了初步的探索与实践。其中,对医院后勤保障服务模式进行了认真思考与初步实践,认为服务理念转变、组织架构转变、服务流程与管理模式转变及后勤保障技术水平的提升,将是确保研究型中医院后勤保障的重要环节。
