Loquat is a very popular domestic and international markets famous premium varieties of fruits. In the past one or two decades, the area of loquat in China has increased substantially, and the output has doubled. With the increase of output, antiseptic preservation during transportation and marketing has become a bottleneck for the further development of loquat. For loquat preservation preservation research, in the past are limited to static storage preservation technology [1-5], for the preservation of the preservation process in the vibration state of fresh technology
