遗体捐献是我国医学教育事业所需人体解剖标本的唯一合法来源,遗体捐献对医学的发展有着重要而深远的意义。目前实施遗体捐献的城市,都是以医科院校作为支撑的,医科院校往往作为遗体捐献的接收站、使用者和管理者,贯穿遗体捐献的始终。因此,研究医科院校在遗体捐献中的法律地位十分必要。
Donation of remains is the only legal source of human anatomical specimens required by medical education in our country.
