聚四氟乙烯基滑动导轨软带在我国还是空白。作者从1979年开始研制这种软带,同时进行实际使用与实验室两方面的试验,并对纯聚四氟乙烯及聚四氟乙烯基软带与金属对摩的摩擦与磨损机理进行探讨。研究重点是耐磨性与粘结强度。结果证明,作者研制的两种材料在耐磨性方面与国内有同种用途、经过一机部鉴定了的材料FQ—1相当,比国外某些同类材料优越,适用于各类中小型机床进给导轨,可以保证十年大修期,也可以用到其它精密仪器,精密装置的滑动导轨上,有减摩、耐磨、防爬、应用简便、经济效果显著等优点。有关厂已决定用到产品上去。研究分为干摩擦、纯油摩擦及油磨料摩擦三个阶段,取得了全面、完整的磨损试验研究资料,本文是干摩擦阶段的总结。
