在离地15～20厘米处的树干两侧,用开皮器打两个洞,深至形成层,每个洞附近挂一个容量约60毫升的玻璃瓶,瓶内装所用药液,如40％杀虫双400倍液,80％甲基托布津800倍液等。然后将灯芯一端放在瓶内药液中,另一端插入树干洞口内,用树皮盖住洞,再用薄膜全部包扎起来,药液通过灯芯输送到洞内,让树体慢慢吸收。此法既可防病,又可治虫,对杀灭树干害虫有特效。
