该文探讨在改制条件下的陕西省地矿总公司职工教育工作,认为发展唯创新、创新唯人才,应该说职工的继续教育是人力资源不断增值的源泉和保障。陕西省地矿总公司在工作中大力宣传与引导职工树立终身学习的理念,将学习渗透到工作生活中,通过创建学习型企业,不断增强职工自我学习能力,自我提高工作能力、不断增强企业自主创新能力,增强地勘队伍凝聚力,以适应变化中的市场经济。
This article explores employee education in Shaanxi Geological and Mining Corporation under the condition of restructuring and believes that developing only innovation and innovation talents should be said that the continuing education of staff and workers is the source and guarantee of increasing the value of human resources continuously.
