目的探讨轴关节器械撑开角度对清洗效果的影响。方法将轴关节器械900件随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组轴关节器械撑开不同角度、采取三种不同的清洗方法,监测器械表面、轴关节、齿痕的清洗效果。结果 A组的清洗效果明显优于B组和C组。结论将轴关节器械固定于使关节撑开成90°角的专用网状不锈钢斜型卡式三角形清洗架上,减少器械间的重叠,有利于清洗液在轴关节部的流动,保证了轴关节器械的清洗质量。
Objective To explore the effect of axial articulation on the cleaning effect. Methods 900 pieces of axial joint instruments were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group. Each group of axial joint instruments were propped open at different angles. Three different cleaning methods were used to monitor the cleaning effect on the surface, shaft joints and tooth marks. Results The cleaning effect of group A was obviously better than that of group B and C.
