薛澜,清华大学公共管理学院常务副院长、教授、博士生导师,美国卡内基梅隆大学兼职教授。1991年获美国卡内基梅隆大学工程与公共政策博士学位。1994年和1995年任美国先进技术发展计划项目评审专家。近日主持完成了《危机管理——转型期中国面临的挑战》课题。2003年4月28日,薛澜教授应邀在中央政治局第四次集体学习中演讲,作了题为“我国科技发展的国际比较及政策建议”的报告。
Xue Lan, executive vice president of Tsinghua University School of Public Administration, Professor, doctoral tutor, part-time professor at Carnegie Mellon University. In 1991 by Carnegie Mellon University doctorate in engineering and public policy. 1994 and 1995, the United States advanced technology development project review experts. Recently presided over the completion of the “crisis management - the challenges facing China in transition” project. On April 28, 2003, Professor Xue Lan was invited to give a speech in the Fourth Collective Study of the Political Bureau of the Central Political Bureau and gave a speech titled “International Comparison and Policy Proposal for the Development of Science and Technology in China.”
