研究了在室温下用 (1 +1 )HNO3溶解Bi—Te合金薄膜 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Bi,Te的含量。其结果表明 ,方法准确 ,可靠 ,加标回收率为 97— 1 0 4 % ,RSD为 0 .5— 3.2 %。
The Bi-Te alloy thin films were dissolved in (1 +1) HNO3 at room temperature, and the contents of Bi and Te were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the method was accurate and reliable. The recoveries were 97-140% with RSD of 0.5-3.2%.
