前不久召开的全国能源工作会议,结合国务院提出的2020年碳排放目标要求,提出了2010年我国能源发展的主要预期目标:一次能源生产总量约28.5亿吨标准煤,比上年增长3.6%;争取非化石能源占一次能源消费比重比上年提高0.5个百分点左右。
