人力资源是地方高校图书馆持续发展的基础, 图书馆工作质量的提升在很大程度上决定于人力资源的管理水平。 该文以通化师范学院为例, 通过分析地方高校图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题, 提出解决问题的具体对策, 以期为地方高校图书馆人力资源开发有所促进。
Human resources are the basis for the sustainable development of local university libraries. The improvement of the quality of library work largely depends on the management of human resources. This paper takes Tonghua Normal University as an example, analyzes the existing problems of human resources management in local university libraries, and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems in order to promote the development of human resources in local university libraries.
