上海生产的DX-10KW数字调幅发射机,在前状态显示板电路流程图的某单元只出现红灯光报警,易被忽视。增加声音报警功能后,使机器在出现一类(重复二类)暂态故障时可及时报警与恢复,对常态隐患可及时发现与解决,降低了设备的损害程度及停播率。笔者在多年工作实践中,自主创新,应用现代技术研发了声音报警系统,投入应用后证明,通过对老式发送设备的现代化改造,降低了值班员在监测时的疲劳程度,实现了以提高监测质量为目的。
