以提高食品安全质量监测的测量精度和稳定性以及设备现场化、便携化为目的,应用现代近红外光谱分析技术,采用云数据平台技术和开发数据源,并编写了近红外光谱化学计量学软件,设计了一种基于云平台的近红外食品质量监测系统,可广泛应用于食品和农产品加工过程中的成份分析、品质检测以及在线的品质监测与控制。该监测系统具有操作方便、分析测量速度快、效率高、无损检测、重现性好、性能价格比高等特点。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of food safety and quality monitoring and to make the equipment on-site and portable, the application of modern near-infrared spectroscopy technology, cloud data platform technology and data source development, and the preparation of near infrared spectroscopy stoichiometry software , A kind of near infrared food quality monitoring system based on cloud platform was designed. It can be widely applied to the component analysis, quality inspection and on-line quality monitoring and control in the processing of food and agricultural products. The monitoring system has the advantages of convenient operation, fast analysis and measurement, high efficiency, non-destructive testing, good reproducibility and high performance-price ratio.
