住房抵押贷款证券化是一种有效的发展房地产金融市场的工具 ,它的一系列功能和优势已为西方国家的实践所验证 ,结合我国特有经济环境决定了其实施具有不同于西方国家的特殊性 ,作者拟从我国的实际情况入手 ,分析我国实施住房抵押贷款证券化的动力和阻力 ,并针对此现状提出了相应对策。
