综合运用文献资料法、调查访问法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国高校体育教师流动问题进行社会学分析。结果表明:高校体育教师的流动意向在高校中只占一小部分,流失的虽少,但隐形流失是存在的不可忽视的问题。思想不稳定及缺乏敬业精神等是流失的主观原因,薪资、住房、福利待遇低,在院校的职业地位低,学校政策和管理差等是流失的客观原因,并对高校教师的稳定提出建议与对策。
Synthetically use the methods of documentation, investigation and interview, logical analysis and other research methods to conduct sociological analysis on the flow of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in our country. The result shows that the intention of college PE teachers’ flow is only a small part in colleges and universities, and the loss is small, but the invisible loss is a problem which can not be neglected. Unstable thoughts and lack of professionalism are the subjective reasons for the loss. The low salary, housing and welfare benefits, low vocational status in colleges and universities, poor school policies and poor management are the objective reasons for the loss and the suggestions for the stability of university teachers And countermeasures.
