目的观察重度牙周病口腔内余留牙体部分切除后,以覆盖义齿方式保留的远期效果。方法 追踪检查2001～2006年内采用不同覆盖义齿方式保留下来的基牙141颗,临床检查覆盖义齿的基本使用状况,测定口腔内剩余牙炎症程度、牙松动度和咀嚼效能,进行对比分析。结果基牙牙龈炎症消退,牙周炎得到一定控制,松动度普遍有一定缓解,义齿咀嚼功能良好,其中疗效Ⅰ级109颗,Ⅱ级20颗,Ⅲ级12颗。结论选用适当的覆盖义齿方式保留重度牙周病的牙体远期疗效是肯定的。
Objective To observe the long-term effect of overdenture retention after resection of residual periodontal disease in severe periodontal disease. Methods The number of abutments retained by different overdenture methods during the period from 2001 to 2006 was tracked. The basic conditions of overdenture were examined clinically. The degree of inflammation in the oral cavity, tooth mobility and masticatory efficiency were measured and compared. Results The gingivitis of the abutment subsided and the periodontitis was controlled. The degree of loosening was generally relieved and the chewing function of the denture was good. Among them, 109 were grade Ⅰ, 20 were grade Ⅱ and 12 were Ⅲ. Conclusion The long-term effect of using appropriate overdenture to retain the periodontal disease with severe periodontitis is certain.
