我厂21万米~2的职工宿舍区建于五十年代中期,由自备锅炉房供暖。原装有10台150马力兰开夏锅炉,七十年代初用兰开夏锅炉本体改造成四台250万千卡推动炉排温水锅炉。每年烧煤八千吨,投入人员80人。锅炉房地处闹区中心人口密集的主街道侧,排放的烟尘、灰渣和噪音污染了周围环境,居民反映强烈。运行十余年的两台自制锅炉已于84年鉴定报废,拟投资15万元进行更新。
The factory dormitory area of 210,000 meters-2 of our factory was built in the mid-fifties and it was heated by a boiler room. Originally there were 10 150 hp Lancai boilers. In the early 1970s, the Lancai boiler body was transformed into four 2.5 million kilocalories to push the grate water boiler. Each year, 8,000 tons of coal is burned and 80 people are involved. The boiler room is located on the densely populated main street side of the downtown area. Emissions of dust, ash, and noise pollute the surrounding environment. The two self-manufactured boilers that have been operating for more than ten years have been scrapped in 84 years and they are planned to invest 150,000 yuan to be updated.
