随着科学技术的发展,工业上对结构材料的要求越来越高,工艺上也越未越复杂和困难。在飞机制造业中就要求重量轻、强度高的构件,如起落架、大梁等均选择超高强度钢,以减轻飞机重量,提高飞行速度。然而这给制造过程中的焊接工艺带来了困难。其中较为普遍遇到的,而又十分严重的就是焊接裂纹。我们知道,钢材的强度要高,则需要添加提高强度的合金元素,它们之中碳为最显著的强化元素,然而碳量的提高,将导致焊接性能恶化,易产生焊接裂纹。
With the development of science and technology, the industrial demand for structural materials is getting higher and higher, and the more complicated and difficult the process is. In the aircraft manufacturing industry requires light weight, high strength components, such as landing gear, girders and so choose ultra-high strength steel, in order to reduce aircraft weight and improve flight speed. However, this poses difficulties for the welding process in the manufacturing process. One of the more common encountered, but very serious is the welding crack. We know that the higher the strength of steel, you need to add alloying elements to enhance the strength of which carbon is the most significant strengthening elements, however, increased carbon content, will lead to deterioration of weldability, easy to produce welding cracks.
