目的建立研究中药血管生成活性和作用的实验模型并进行初步应用。方法将服用中药后的动物血清、组织匀浆、生药等被测物置于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(ChickenChorioalantoicMembrane,CAM)表面的不同载体上,被测物作用3d后制取CAM标本,显微镜下计数血管生成数目。结果不同被测物均可在CAM模型完成观察,6种载体中研究血管生成抑制和促进作用应分别选择明胶海棉和羧甲基纤维素、微孔滤膜。结论中药具有的血管生成活性和作用应引起重视
Objective To establish an experimental model for studying the angiogenesis activity and effects of traditional Chinese medicine and to apply it initially. Methods The animal serum, tissue homogenate and crude drug were taken on different carriers of chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) surface after taking traditional Chinese medicine. CAM specimens were prepared after 3 days of measurement and counted under the microscope. The number of angiogenesis. RESULTS: Different analytes could be observed in the CAM model. Gelatin sponge, carboxymethyl cellulose, and microporous membrane were selected to study the inhibition and promotion of angiogenesis in the six carriers.
