1病历摘要男,38岁。查体:无异常发现。超声检查:右肾增大,实质变薄,肾盂分离呈“调色碟”状,其内可见数个强回声光斑,后伴声影,最大者1.9 cm×0.8 cm。右侧输尿管扩张,最宽处内径约1.5 cm,沿输尿管追踪至跨髂血管处稍上方见一3.1 cm×1.1cm的强回声光团,后伴声影。肝胆胰脾左肾
1 medical record summary male, 38 years old. Physical examination: no abnormal findings. Ultrasound examination: the right kidney increased substantially thinning, pelvic separation was “palette” shape, which can be seen in several strong echo spots, followed by sound and shadow, the largest 1.9 cm × 0.8 cm. Right ureter dilatation, the widest point of the inner diameter of about 1.5 cm, follow the ureter to the top of the iliac vascular translucent slightly see a 3.1 cm × 1.1cm of the strong echo light group, accompanied by acoustic shadow. Liver and gallbladder spleen left kidney
