贵州不少民族地区如黔南州、黔东南州和黔西南等地存在企业环保投资投入不足、效果差及低效率等困境,这些地区的喀斯特地貌特征及区域经济集聚的环境效应等因素客观上增加了企业环保投资困境,但困境主要还是来自于企业环境责任意识淡薄、地方政府环保执行能力薄弱等主观因素。在分析造成困境原因基础上,提出了贵州民族地区企业环保投资的政策建议。
In some ethnic areas of Guizhou, such as Qiannan Prefecture, Qiandongnan Prefecture and Qianxinan, there are such problems as insufficient investment, ineffectiveness and inefficiency of enterprises’ environmental investment, objectively such factors as the characteristics of karst topography and the environmental effects of regional economic agglomeration Increase the plight of corporate environmental investment, but the predicament comes mainly from the weak awareness of corporate environmental responsibility, environmental protection and local government implementation of weak subjective factors. Based on the analysis of the causes of the dilemma, this paper put forward the policy suggestions on the corporate environmental investment in Guizhou ethnic minority areas.
