体育教学对于学生的成长有重要的促进作用,就高职院校体育教学而言,它通过与专业技能的结合,让体育这一学科具有更强的应用性,促进他们的成长。目前高职体育教学中出现了不少的问题,师生角色颠倒,学生主动性难以发挥、教学方式机械,无法彰显学生个性等,因此必须要坚持人文主义的人文观和知行合一的哲学观,让学生感受自我价值的实现。尊重学生个性的发挥和创造,创造和谐的教学氛围,促进高职体育教学的顺利实现。
