目的:观察清郁通窍汤联合欧龙马滴剂、地氯雷他定治疗小儿鼻窦炎胆经郁热证的临床疗效。方法:将92例儿童鼻窦炎胆经郁热证患儿随机分为两组各46例,对照组给予欧龙马滴剂、地氯雷他定治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加清郁通窍汤口服治疗,疗程均为14d,观察并比较两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.7%,对照组为82.6%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组症状体征积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1个月,治疗组复发率为6.82%,对照组为28.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗小儿鼻窦炎效果优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyu Tongqiao Decoction combined with Oreochromis Decoction and desloratadine in treatment of children with sinusitis and gallbladder syndrome. Methods: 92 children with sinusitis and gallbladder syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Oreochromis niluus drops and desloratadine. The treatment group was treated with the control group Oral soup treatment, treatment were 14d, observe and compare the two groups curative effect. Results: The total effective rate was 95.7% in the treatment group and 82.6% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Symptom and symptom scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared between groups and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The follow-up 1 month, the treatment group recurrence rate was 6.82%, the control group was 28.95%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of children with sinusitis is better than western medicine alone.
