随着我国经济发展水平的不断提升,对于发展可持续性的重视程度越来越高,环保工作显得越发重要,相应的,对于环保人才队伍的要求也在进一步提升。因此,本文结合当前国家对于环保工作专业人才需求快速增长的新形势以及工作的实际需求,综合分析了当前我国环保人才队伍建设工作中存在的主要问题,并据此提出了相关的完善对策,希望能够给相关的工作人员一些建议和帮助,以此促使我国环保事业取得更好地发展。
With the continuous improvement of China's economic development level, the emphasis on sustainable development has become increasingly important, and environmental protection work has become more and more important. In response, the requirements for environmental protection personnel have also been further raised.
