Scholven电站于1964~1965年期间建造四台37万瓩机组B~E,并于1968~1971年分别投入运行,到1974年中期各台机组每年启停30多次,运行时间约为5000小时。Scholven 电站B~E 机组的利用率在1972~1973年间达88.1%。Scholven 电站配37万瓩机组的1080吨/时直流锅炉(图1),系本生式固态排渣双烟道锅炉。该锅炉高62米,深23米,宽26米,适用于满压运行。锅炉蒸汽参数:压力为216表计大气压,温度为535/535℃。锅炉主要燃用烟煤,其热值为5400~7500大卡/公斤,灰份为6~15%,水份为3~12%,挥发物为
Scholven Power Station constructed four 370,000 units B ~ E from 1964 to 1965 and put into operation respectively from 1968 to 1971. By mid-1974, each unit started up and stopped more than 30 times a year, and the operation time was about 5000 hours. The utilization of Schneven’s B ~ E units reached 88.1% between 1972 and 1973. The Scholven Power Station is equipped with a 1080 t / h DC boiler with a capacity of 370,000 units (Figure 1) and is a Bunsen-type solid-state slagging dual-flue boiler.
