四氢呋喃甲基二硫代硫胺(Thiamine Tetrahydrofurfuryl Disulfide,T.T.F.D.)与盐酸硫胺有同样的作用,其性质较稳定,所以本品及制剂容易保存。在大量投与时,引起的抑制核黄素酶作用较盐酸硫胺小,因此造成核黄素的缺乏症亦少。本品最显著的特点是,在肠道中吸收较盐酸硫胺完全,且能与投药量成正比,所以用药后血中浓度很高,持续时间也长。毒性较盐酸硫胺小,副作用几乎没有,是一种在体内作用较快和持续时间较长的硫胺开环衍生物,与丙硫硫胺(T.P.D.)相比,还具有无强烈蒜臭的优点。本品国内在1964年已经研究试制成功,并且已试制成片剂(糖衣片)及注射剂,准备提供临床试用。试制
