在各类职业教育中,中等职业教育的发展形势十分严峻,尤其是农村职业教育,学校“生源少,质量差”,缺乏办学的动力。产生这种现象的原因是多方面的,但主要问题是毕业生工作能力有限,就业难和职业教育在当地经济建设中所起的作用不显著。为了“突出重围”,我校从挖掘自身潜力和调动社会力量办学入手,大胆改革职教模式,着重探索“学校+农户+公司”这一新模式。
In all kinds of vocational education, the development situation of secondary vocational education is very grim, especially in rural vocational education. The schools have a low birth weight and poor quality, and lack motivation to run schools. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, but the main problems are the limited ability of graduates to work, the difficulty of employment and the lack of significant effect of vocational education in the local economic construction. In order to “highlight the encirclement”, our school starts from tapping its potential and mobilizing social forces to start a new school and boldly reform the vocational education model with a focus on exploring the new model of “school + peasant + company.”
