The world rests in their hands as Rita Repulsa， a powerful witch and former Power Ranger， launches3 an assault4 seeking the Zeo Crystal with an army of stone golems5 and a giant golden monster.
五名有个性的青少年因为巧合或者说是命运莫名其妙地聚集在了一起，组成新一代的一队战士，被人称为超凡战队。由于前超凡战队队员，强大的女巫丽达女王为了寻找奇奥水晶石派出了石傀儡军队和一只巨大的金色怪物对地球发动了攻击，地球的命运就掌握在超凡战队的手中。
