一、课题的提出我厂是生产“银春”牌收音机、录音机和出口商标为“红灯”的外销机整机厂。厂内每年除生产收、录音机外,还生产微型计算机、智能恒电位仪等各种仪器。由于仪器品种多,批量小,厂内没有折边机、油压机、烤漆箱等大设备、经常就为仪器机壳的制作发愁,有时只得到外县去折边加工、烤漆也要送到很远的地方去加工,这样一来生产周期很长,而且费用也很大。如果要开塑压模则模具费十分昂贵,经济上是不合算的。又因市场上薄钢板紧缺,没有国拨指标的厂要采购比较困难。如何用其他易加工的材料代替钢板,制作仪器机壳成了我厂的一个研究课题。
