湖州申城热电有限公司的前身是湖州新城热电有限责任公司,成立于1995年5月,是经浙江省计经委、湖州市人民政府批准,由湖州经济建设开发总公司、湖州三电办、湖州市电力局等3家单位发起组建的股份制企业。该公司经过初期的艰苦创业,于1998年5月28日顺利投产,圆满完成了2炉2机(2台75t/h次高压煤粉炉配2台15MW抽汽冷凝式汽轮发电机组)的一期工程建设,形成了年发电1.18亿KWh、供热80万GJ的生产能力。1999年5月,该公司引入多元化的投资机制,与上实投资(上海)有限公司共同出资,
Huzhou Shencheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Huzhou Xincheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and was established in May 1995. It is approved by the Economic Commission of Zhejiang Province and Huzhou City People’s Government, and is composed of Huzhou Economic Development Corporation, Huzhou Sandian Office, and Huzhou. The Municipal Electric Power Bureau and other three units initiated the establishment of a joint-stock enterprise. After an initial period of arduous pioneering, the company successfully put into operation on May 28, 1998, and successfully completed two 2 furnaces (two 75 t/h high pressure pulverized coal furnaces and two 15MW steam condensing steam turbine generators). The construction of the first phase of the project resulted in an annual production capacity of 118 million KWh and heating capacity of 800,000 GJ. In May 1999, the company introduced a diversified investment mechanism and jointly invested with Shanghai Shangshi Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
