高校对学生的处分权是高校自主管理权的一项重要组成部分,也是高校独立自主办学的体现。如果处分权行使不当,会对学生的受教育权等权益产生不利影响。因此有必要厘清处分权行使的范围,恰当地约束这项权力,把处分权的行使纳入法治轨道。
