7号信令系统的综合业务数字网(ISDN)用户部分定义了支持通过数字用户接续链路ISDN终端之间电路交换连接的话音和非话音的建立、监控和释放信令规程。本文从所提供的支持ISDN中呼叫和连接控制的信令功能和过程以及信令功能在ISDN交换局中用于通信的信息单元和信令消息等方面,给出了CCITT Q761—Q766建议[1]中定义的ISND用户部分的概述。
The Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) User Part of Signaling System No. 7 defines the procedures for establishing, monitoring and releasing signaling for voice and non-voice support for circuit-switched connections between ISDN terminals connected by digital subscribers.
