本文介绍了我所自行设计、安装、调试,天津电炉厂加工的半连续真空水质淬火炉的用途、技术指标、原理、结构、电、气自动控制系统、调试结果和有关技术问题的探讨。该炉的特点是:可以进行半连续真空水质、油质淬火,惰性气体淬火、真空退火、钎焊、高温烧结等工艺。最高工作温度1600℃、极限真空度5×10~(-5)乇,升、降温快,操作方便,适合科研和小批量生产用。
This article introduces the application, technical index, principle, structure, automatic control system of electricity and gas, debugging result and related technical problems of semi-continuous vacuum water quality quenching furnace designed, installed and commissioned by Tianjin Electric Furnace Factory. The furnace is characterized by: semi-continuous vacuum water quality, oil quenching, inert gas quenching, vacuum annealing, brazing, high temperature sintering and other processes.
