本方载于明代龚延贤《寿世保元》书中,笔者用本方治疗三叉神经痛50例。其基本方为:当归、菊花各15克,黄芩、麦冬、羌活、独活、苍术各10克,川芎、白芷、蔓荆子、防风各12克,细辛、干姜、甘草各5克。便秘加大黄,久痛入络加全蝎、蜈蚣,痛剧加制乳没等,7剂一个疗程。治疗结果,疼痛完全消失,随防6月至1年无复发26例(52%);疼痛基本消失,随防偶有复发14例(28%),症状减轻,发作间隙
This party was published in Gong Yanxian’s “Shou Shi Bao Yuan” book in the Ming Dynasty. The author used this prescription to treat 50 cases of trigeminal neuralgia. The basic prescriptions are: Angelica, 15 grams each of chrysanthemum, 10 grams of Radix Astragali, Ophiopogon japonicus, Radix Astragali, Radix Atractylodis, and Atractylodes Rhizome. Each of 12 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali is treated with 5 grams each of Asarum, Ginger and Licorice. Constipation increased yellow, long-term pain into the network plus all phlegm, sputum, pain drama plus milk did not wait, 7 doses of a course of treatment. As a result of the treatment, the pain completely disappeared. There were no relapses in 26 cases (52%) from June to 1 year; pain basically disappeared, and 14 cases (28%) recurred with anti-injury.
